Speech-Language Pathologist
Hours: Casual, Non-Union, Hourly
Qualifications:
  • Must be ASHA CCC-SLP certified
  • Minimum of a Master's Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program

Health Information Management - Supervisor
Hours: Full-time - 80 hours per pay period 8:00am to 4:30pm
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Information Management/Medical Record Administration or credentialed as a Registered Health Information Administrator preferred. Credentialed as a Registered Health Information Technician required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years acute care facility experience as Director/Manager of Health Information Management/Medical Service. Knowledge of Health Care Databases/Systems, medical classification systems, flow of clinical information, relationship of financial information to clinical data, medicolegal issues and security systems.
  • Makes recommendations for collection, analysis, interpretation and management of health information including: ICD-10 preparation, electronic health record implementation, training, reference material, interdepartmental quality improvement, transcription and utilization review guidelines, etc.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, variable environment, and to prioritize duties.

Hours: 40 hours per pay period 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited HIM program. RHIA, RHIT eligible.
  • Previous minimum of one year hospital outpatient coding experience required using ICD-9-CM and CPT classification systems preferred.
  • Previous experience with Computerized Record Tracking/Abstraction Systems to verify and abstract specific clinical and demographic data from coded record preferred.
